SHIPPING
ROYAL Home Entertainment.com (RHE.com) will ship merchandise to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Orders will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

Using the Shipping Rate Calculator, enter the requested information IN FULL. The calculated rate will be added to your final bill. Residents of Illinois are required to pay an additional 8.75% for tax.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. Unless notified otherwise, we will automatically backorder your item and ship it to you when our stock is replenished.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your RHE.com purchase, your item may be returned for a refund. To do so, you must follow our return policies:

RHE.com must be notified via e-mail or phone within seven (7) days of your receipt of the item. Be prepared to present your invoice number; name; address and item description at the time of your request. You must also clearly specify your reason for returning the product.
The returned item must include its original box, accessories, manuals, wrapping and packaging, all returnable in “like new” condition. The item itself must be free of any excessive or abusive usage.

RHE.com reserves the right to refuse any returned item not meeting these standards.

Refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser; All credits will be issued in the form of a credit card charge back; No cash refunds will be issued.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a package/s shows signs of damage during the attempted delivery, refuse the delivery and notify us via e-mail. We will immediately contact the shipper to verify refusal and ship the replacement item to you with no additional charges.

All sold items are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee/warrantee. These guarantees/warrantees may vary in length of coverage, so please read the individual manufacturer’s booklet (included) for item specifics.

Any purchased item deemed defective within seven (7) days of your receipt may be exchanged for the same item only. To return the item you must first contact RHE.com via e-mail or by phone to be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA). Items sent without a prior return authorization will be refused.

IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup is available on all items featured on our website. Our store hours are shown on the website. Please contact us at least 24 hours before pickup so we can prepare your order.

DELIVERY
Delivery and in-home setup is available within the Chicagoland area. Please contact us for specific delivery information and rates.
